Stand or sit facing another person at the top of the ladder (or anywhere else in the building, or back at home.)
Set a timer for 2 minutes. Allow the first person to speak for two minutes, uninterrupted.
After two minutes, pause together in silence for one minute.
After one minute, the second person speaks for two minutes, uninterrupted.
At the end of the 5 minutes, ring the hand bell. If no bell is available in another location, make any noise you wish with your voice.
